    Erin boasts decades of immersion in the Food and Beverage industry, including extensive stints in wine retail. Beyond the professional realm, Erin's culinary passion extends to her endeavors as a home and freelance pastry chef, constantly exploring new recipes and culinary trends.

    Erin's ethos is rooted in creating spaces imbued with comfort, community, and a sense of home, where patrons feel instantly at ease. Her knack lies in identifying the unique essence of each establishment and amplifying its charm to craft memorable experiences that foster customer loyalty. With a background in artistry and education, Erin effortlessly connects with individuals from diverse backgrounds, effortlessly holding space in any environment.

    With two decades of experience in both the hospitality and entertainment industries, Byron brings a distinctive perspective to leadership, shaped by his background as an artist. During his tenure at Magnolia Bakery, Byron witnessed its transformation from a single corner shop in the West Village to a global presence. Byron played a pivotal role in various aspects of operations, including management, team training, store openings, and recruitment, which extended his impact to both store and corporate staffing. Byron’s approach emphasizes authenticity and fostering connections, aiming to positively influence every environment and empower individuals to thrive.
